Barossa’s high country – Eden Valley Sparkling wines. Fresh, zesty, dry and crisp, the perfect wine in any season or special occasion.
Cool climate Sparkling wine has been produced in the Eden Valley region for decades. The climate creates a slow ripening for the wine grapes, developing natural high acidity and maximum flavour concentration due to the elevation and low rainfall.
These wines are ready to chill and pop but if you prefer to cellar, we highly recommend.
4 x Mountadam Vineyards NV Pinot Noir Chardonnay
Hand-picked estate grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from a selection of vintages were gently pressed and aged in new French oak before a traditional bottle fermentation (Methode Champenoise). Delicate fine bubbles dance from the flute with aromas of green apples, honey dew, brioche and toast. A delightful light and crisp dry finish.
4 x Chaffey Bros Wine Co. 2017 Sparkling Riesling
A new style of sparkling wine has hit the Barossa scene and is hot off the shelf – Sparkling Riesling. Initially you may think it’s a little like an Italian Prosecco due to the aromatic, crisp dry finish but after your first sip you’ll discover the delightful resemblance of an Eden Valley Riesling - Vegan friendly
4 x Riley’s of Eden Valley 2016 Pinot Noir Chardonnay
This vintage was particularly significant for Riley’s Sparkling Wine. A new wine was added to the collection and made by Barossa’s leading wine maker Joanne Irvine. So much to celebrate with this estate grown sparkling wine, a dry style with an abundance of citrus fruits, apples and cashew nuts are notable with delicate bubbles.
