Vineyard: Single vineyard estate grown (Avon Brae) is located in the High Eden region of Eden Valley/Barossa.

Season: A late vintage compared to previous years. Cooler days and nights, which meant the flavours were more concentrated due to a longer ripening period.

Appearance: Pale straw with green hues.

Aroma/Bouquet: Fresh and zesty notes  of green apple, lemon citrus and flint stone.

Palate: Luscious citrus fruits of lemon and limes lead to notes of minerals such as washed stone and bath salts. Gentle acidity lingers throughout the palate with a dry and light finish.

Food Pairing: Grilled scallops, shucked oysters with ginger and green peppercorn relish, soft shell crab or a hearty Indian curry.
