Barossa Valley - Grenache/Syrah/Mourvedre
Vineyard: Three old Grenache vineyards located in the southern and central Barossa was the perfect combination for the creation of a GSM. Elegant Syrah fruit was essential and sourced at the southern end of the Barossa on a Williamstown site. Cool evenings and warm days ensure an elegant and lifted style of Syrah. Mourvèdre, the backbone of the famous Barossa blend, was carefully nurtured from vineyards in central Barossa, Vine Vale.
