Taste Eden Valley has been awarded for the fifth year in a row, the BEST Tasting Experience in Barossa's Eden Valley region by Gourmet Traveller WINE Magazine.
Gourmet Traveller WINE award the BEST Tasting Experience to cellar doors who offer outstanding tasting experiences. It is also focussed on the quality of the wines available for tasting.
Now in its eighth year, Gourmet Traveller WINE’s Cellar Door Awards is a fantastic guide for wine lovers to ensure they have best possible experience in whichever wine region they find themselves.
Australia’s leading wine writers traversed the Australia to check in on every wine region and determine the star cellar doors, best tasting experiences and who serves the finest food in Australia’s diverse and evolving wine scene.
In determining the award recipients, Gourmet Traveller WINE writers searched for the most outstanding cellar doors by judging the quality of wine, staff knowledge and service, stemware, food, atmosphere and venue.
“It’s a pretty tough selection criteria and we are proud to be awarded this accolade for the fourth year” says Melissa Raymond, Taste Eden Valley proprietor. “It really is testament to the 14 Eden Valley wine producers we have listed at Taste Eden Valley Regional Wine Room.
